Well overcharged for wheel alignment, the guy carrying it out really insulted my intelligence poking and tinkering about for a solid hour to get the maximum charge . Avoid people . This will probably get removed but its the truth .
Having bumped a curb and damaged the side of my tyre whilst on holiday, I looked for a local established business that could take a look at it and advise on repair/replacement options. I fortunately found KMC Tyres in the city. On arrival, was met by a friendly chap, Mark, who checked it all out, informed me the good news of it being cosmetic damage only. He even applied a dab of glue to sort the look of it. Well impressed by the friendly but professional service who was more interested in sorting than issue than pushing my to get new tyres etc. Didn’t even want payment. This is exactly why we support such businesses. Definitely recommend. Thank you.
First class company who provide first class service. When I dropped by with a flat on a tiny trailer tyre, they fixed the problem right away. And because it was such a minor job the wouldn’t charge me. Much appreciated, but experience tells me that such an action is symptomatic of a truly professional organisation. Excellent. Derek Woods.
